cloaca prolapse

I have a hen that has a slightly pecked up cloaca that prolapsed 1 inch out or the hen.. i have her locked up and she has survived 4 days since i found her. i have been spraying it but i can tell she is pecking it because her beak is purple. i also put apple vinigar and coccidiosis meds in her water. there is no egg lodged in her. should i cull her?

Did you push the prolapse back in? Is she still laying? Is she still eating well and drinking?

Can younpost any pictures of her vent? Is she pooping normally? Prolapses should be kept moist with oil or honey so they don’t dry out. Try pushing it back inside. Keep her vent clean with a daily warm soak, but make sure to blow her dry and keep her inside. Separate her from others until her prolapse goes back in.
