is clogged?
There is deep enough water for her to rinse her beak and nostrils at all timed.
So Do I Leave it alone or...?

Is there any drainage (like snot) coming from the nostril?
As long as it has water deep enough, it will be fine.

Then, it should be fine. It looks like it is dirt. They like to drill holes in the ground. Give it some really fresh water and I bet in no time, it will blow that dirt right out.

One of the my ducks had the same issues the other Ducks I can look right through their nostrils, this one i couldn't. I tried blowing through it, tried blowing on it, i even put my lips to it and try to suck it out ! nothing worked. It bothered the duck i could tell. it was sneezing quite often so much so that i named it Sneezy. however since they grow so fast the nostrils are going to get larger and it will eventually fall out Sneezy doesn't sneeze anymore, so now I don't even know which one is sneezy!

Give it time you don't want to stress the poor duck out! Unless it starts creating a secondary issue I'd just monitor it from a distance.
