Close to "hatch time"........................................

My eggs are on day 16 in the incubator. I've looked and seen that there is movement in most of the eggs. Should I take them off the automatic turner at day 18? Should I touch them after I place them on the bottom (screen) of the incubator.

Thanks for any help. I do realize that I could probably find this info in existing threads, but I am out of town for a couple days and the internet access is slow.
