Close to laying?

One of my girls lobes seem to have become one and her back end changed too. I know this happened last year just not this early. How long after this change do eggs come?

I would expect some in about a week or two. With Mine, last year, i started noticing changes in them around mid February and February 26th i got my first egg of the season. Those were the large breed geese, my chinese started a few days later.

Things seem to be right on track with last years schedule with mine.
