Cloudiness in Quail Eye

Have a male that developed cloudiness in one eye. He doesn’t seem blind in that eye and is acting totally fine other than that. Just noticed it as of today. Any ideas? This is the best picture I could get. It doesn’t show the cloudiness very well

Are you sure that you are not seeing the nictitating membrane.
 
Cloudiness in the pupil could be a cataract. Certain diseases such as exposure to avian encephalomyelitis (epidemic tremors,) mycoplasma (MG,) and vitamin deficiency (A or E, and unknown causes. Eye infections or a pecking injury might also be a cause. Mareks disease tends to cause a more recognizable greying or fading of the iris, and the pupil becomes irregular or small in appearance.
