I'm also trying to find out what is best to plant for my girls. I have this clover, dandelion looking stuff that just grows here and there, and they love to nip the little green leaves off of them. Funny, my girls dont seem to like corn, but my Mothers eat it up. You just got to love those chickens. Hey I'm looking for some hatching eggs any suggestions?

I have heard that clover makes a great cover crop for chickens. If I remember correctly they said white clover was the best.
