Clubbed foot

Give the penicillin (if you use that) into his breast muscle 1/4 inch deep, and alternate sides daily. Amoxicillin, clavamox, or others from a vet given orally may be easier.

For the other foot, you can try soaking the foot in warm Epsom salts once a day to bring the infection to a head.

Its starting to look better a lot of swelling gone down. Still not sure what to do with the curled foot still seems like it would have to be forced open. Thinking about putting a ball in with wrap that would keep it open then increasing the size until it fully opens.

That foot has probably been like that since it was young. I'm not sure if you would be able to fix that now.

Did you get all the thick puss out? If it heals he he walks on it, I would let it go. But if he keeps getting infections... well... may need the vet.

Got it out plus had to cut the side also. I may go ahead and introduce him to the flock and see how he does there he is a gentle boy I hope my big boss will accept him. We lost a girl over the weekend from dog attack so the girls are thin

Sorry to hear about the dog attack. We live in a desert area with all kind of natural predators... but I have only ever lost birds to domestic dogs :( They can do a lot of damage really fast
