I live in the country but i do have a negbhior that is pretty close and they dont take care of there chickens. So when ever they are hungry they think that it is their duty to come eat our cat food, but i feel bad for them so when ever they are over i feed them. I have even adopted a couple, but if or when they want to go back to their house i let them.
