Clueless

I am just starting out with chickens. My desire is to breed black/blue copper marans, blue Wheaton, blue Birchen. I am just now getting set up with brooders, coops, etc. I have already learned a lot reading threads on forums. I hope to continue learning from y'all in the future. I have a good source of show quality coppers, and wheatons locally, but still looking for a source of birchens. I live in North Texas if any one knows of local sources for birchens. Still trying to learn my way around this site also lol. I'm gonna need lotsa help.

BYC does have a Buy, Sell & Trade Forum but I believe you have to have at least 20 posts before being able to participate: https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/67/buy-sell-trade

Lastly, you could try popping ‘Birchens’ into the search option to see if there is an active thread on this breed and possibly some breeders near you.
