Coast to coast chicken transport

Hi we are moving from CA to PA in August and I want to transport our chickens x3, does anyone know of a pet relocation company that could help do this? I'd prefer to fly them rather than road transport to make it a less stressful journey. All replies much appreciated, they are my 'babies' and are coming with us if they possibly can.

You'll need paperwork proving they're healthy to leave the state.
