Okay my birds have got cocci and I have the chickens handled but does anyone know how to treat ducks besides using neomycin sulfate? And if not does anyone know where I can buy a small quantity of it?All I can find is giant bags and I just need a little. Any ideas?
I don't know a thing about ducks, but I do know Cocci is a protozoa, and Neomycin will do nothing against them. Did you use Corid for the chickens? Can't you do the same for the ducks?
You could try the old home remedy of a milk flush, which at least apparently helps some:
Neomycin will not kill cocci. I don't know of anything that will work besides Corid and Sulmet. I also know almost nothing about ducks but suspect the Corid is not a good idea for them.
