Rhode Island red lethargic this morning. In afternoon had watery poo with green in it.

A two year old hen should have already built resistance to cocci on your property. The link provided presents half truths about cocci since all birds have cocci in their digestive tract much like ecoli bacteria. If it gets out of control, that's when there is a problem and Corid would be needed to treat it. It would be best to take a fecal sample to a vet and have them take a look at it under a microscope. The vet will tell you if the microscopic slide was loaded with cocci oocysts which would require treatment, whereas a few cocci on the slide would be normal. He'll also tell you if there are worm oocysts on the slide in which case your hen will need to be wormed. I'm betting it's worms instead of cocci.
