Coccidia & Giardia....what have you done?

Hi all, so was rechecking a fecal on one of my hens that has been a bit lethargic and is underweight. I knew we were dealing with Coccidia and now it's positive for Giardia.....ugggg
Has anyone dealt with this and what med would you reccomend?

Flagyl (metronidazole) or panacur for giardia, Corid for coccidia. Sorry I don't know dosages for chickens, I've only dealt with Giardia in dogs. Maybe @azygous or @casportpony can help?
