Our old polish rooster had a huge blood clot in his poop yesterday morning so I separated him and gave him food and water with corid in it just incase. He's been eating fine and hasn't pooped any blood since then and no other bloody poops from anyone else in the coop. Should I be worried about coccidia or can intestinal lining shedding have that much blood in it? I included a pic of the bloody poo from yesterday morning.

I'd just keep and eye on his feces for now. Let the corid do its job over the 5 day treatment period. If you see blood in feces after the 5th day, consider worming him with Valbazen or Safeguard liquid goat wormer. Capillary worms can cause bloody sloughing of intestinal lining.
