coccidios?????

Can someone please tell me if this is parasites or egg bound button quail? First day was red blood, second day nothing, third day brownish. There are two buttons in cage, only one has this. Photo attached from today.

It's not egg bound. If she were egg bound, there would be no poop at all.
Is she eating and drinking?
What are you feeding her?
What is their setup like?
How old are they?

Have you fed berries? If not. I would consider it could have coccidiosis. I'd start Corid immediately... It won't hurt it if it isn't coccidiosis.
Not likely parasites (worms), so now is not the time to de-worm them.

Yes eating and drinking and running around with one other. They hatched together in March. They are in a converted hutch with hides. Acting normal, it’s the poop that concerns me. Eating game feed. I put a little nutridrench in water. Not lethargic or acting any different
