Coccidiosis After

My chicken was diagnosed with coccidiosis three days ago and half the chickens are showing signs of it in their poop. They’ve all been treated and all are almost in perfect health. Is it ok to clean the coop before the full treatment is over or should I wait until the parasite is thoroughly treated?

I would do a good cleaning now for good measure, then save the major cleaning and litter change again after treatment. Wont hurt anything. Cleaner is always better.

What signs did you have that made you think they had coccidiosis I'm kind of in the same boat with a couple new chicken's I got, also what are you using to treat them thanks for any info and good luck
