ive been fighting cocci with my goats. I just lost a chicken last night. I noticed they are skinny but eating. I just ordered baycox to treat my goats. Can I use this to treat chickens? If so how much?

Baycox (toltrazuril) can be used to treat coccidiosis in chickens, however, the concentration of the drug per ml as well as mixing instructions for chickens is important. None of these links I found gave exact dosage or mixing instructions, but it seems like giving it for 2 days in a row is the usual treatment. Here are some links below. What is your concentration of Baycox?

I do have Wazine 17 as I was going to worm all my chickens. When we butchered roosters we found intestinal worms.
Would that help? I'm trying to figure out dosage but it's vague. 1oz per gallon but is it a 1 time ordeal? How long do I toss eggs after worming?
I never medicate my flock but it's caught up with me I fear.

Learned the hard way eh? Dosage for wazine is ounce per gallon of water no matter what. Set it out first thing in the morning before letting birds out of the coop. It must be their sole source of water to drink during the day. When they go to roost in the coop in the evening, discard the treated water and provide freshwater for the next day. Then you're done. It's usually a 14 day egg withdrawal period since there's a 14 day slaughter withdrawal period.
