Coccidiosis In chicks?

Hi, I have three baby chicks I think they are about 2 weeks old. Today i noticed one of their droppings was a slight reddish color, they haven’t been exposed to soil, and re still eating and drinking as normal. Does this sound like Coccidiosis? Thank you

Are you feeding them medicated or un medicated feed?

Any photos of the poop in natural light? Lethargy would be the main thing I'd be looking for. That said, it's very unlikely a 2 week old chick in a clean brooder with no outside exposure would develop coccidiosis.
