My hen started off being broody and I noticed she smelled too. I put her in broody jail and that's when I noticed the diarrhea. It was mild at first but on day 2 I noticed blood

I startes her on Corid 9.6% 2 teaspoons / gallon of water.

The blood is gone but she still has liquid diarrhea.

Is this normal and if not what can I do?

She is active, alert, and frankly sick of being isolated.

Is every dropping runny? Usually coccidiosis is not seen often in adult healthy birds. It is more common in young chicks 3-6 weeks old and a bit older. I would worm her with either Valbazen 1/2 tsp once and again in 10 days or SafeGuard liquid Goat wormer 1.25 ml for a 5 pound hen given orally for 5 consecutive days. Those at that dose will get round, cecal, gape, and capillary worms. Worms can also cause blood and runny droppings. You can use a probiotic also for a few days. Plain greek yogurt with live cultures 1 TB for several days would be good.
