We have some 5 week old bantams that have this sickness. It started Saturday with them pooping blood. We went that morning and get some corid. We mixed it with the water but we had one dead this morning. Is there anything more we can do besides the Corid. the ones that look really weak we give water with a syringe and put them by the food. Not sure how they caught this. I also noticed that the bantams that are a few weeks older than them have started with it also. They were all in the same pen outside for the last week. I removed the little ones Saturday morning and started giving both groups the Corid in the water. Does it just take a while for the Corid to help? Is it too late by the time we see blood? Can or should we give a dose of the Corid without water?
