Noticed a poop similar to this in the run when I cleaned this morning. Been trying to watch everyone poop but have only seen a couple of them do it and all their poops were normal. Still don’t know who it is, but I found this one on my way back in after putting the girls back up from free ranging. Is this coccidiosis or something else? Everyone seems totally fine, eating, drinking, normal chicken stuff. TIA

How old are they?

I assume older than small chicks, so I'd check vents for injury.
Treating for Coccidiosis is not a bad idea, that's quite a bit of blood unless they have been eating berries(?).

Have you dewormed recently? Getting a fecal float to see if worms and/or Coccidiosis are the problem is also an option.

Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.

I’ve never dewormed, they are 16 and 13 weeks. No one is laying yet. They have ACV in their water now too. Should I empty it and just do the Corid? Did a water test overnight, attached the pic below

Yes, I would begin treating with the Corid.
