Coccidiosis? Or what?

My chickens are very well taken care of and watched close so I know when one is acting different. This morning I went to the coop to clean them, feed them and let them in their run and found this on the roost.

they are all running around and happy as usual. Eating and drinking. They are 13 weeks and isa browns. I searched the whole coop, literally every inch, and found nothing else like this. Could it coccidiosis or an egg or what? I'm a chicken newbie and never had a problem with them yet.

That looks more like a piece of shed digestive track. Usually with coccidia, by the time you see bloody poo, the chick is obviously ill.

Ok cause these are the poops I just saw in their run when I went out to check, which they do get when they are running around playing hard or stressed.

and they were having what I call flight school in their run. Where they fly around and chase each other. Haha

How often do they shed their digestive track? Just wanted to make sure they were ok and if not wanted to treat them asap.

It's usually just a random occurrence, similar to meat spots. It's just something that can sometimes happen without any apparent cause.

That eases my mind, thank you for the response. I had posted it also to the emergency disease thread but got no response, so I thought I would post here. Thank you again. I will keep a close eye on them still just in case.
