Coccidiosis? please see pictures

This is my first time raising chickens and I am very concerned, this morning I found this red slimy poop, for the past few days I've been seeing some dark brown/red poop already dry but wasn't sure if it was blood.

Some info on my chicks:
- 8 weeks old
- Organic starter until a week ago when I changed to regular non-medicated feed
- 2 RIR, 2 CW, 2 Barred rock, 2 Golden buff
- Acting normal

Not sure, i saw on other forum that intestinal lining in feces is quite normal

look at the coccidiosis, it's not look same.
