Coccidiosis... possible???

Hello , new here! Love this site for help. I have a mixed flock of chickens. 20 weeks old. I deep clean their coop every week. I noticed the last 2 deep cleanings a few droppings with red in it. Then a few dried runny poop that could be dried red also and some dark mustard yellow runny poop. I'm wondering if one of my ladies has Coccidiosis. I have googled the crud put of it. Is it worms do I need ivermectin, is it just shedding, is it Coccidiosis? None of my girls are not acting weird in any manor. Also I want to note I have not gotten any eggs yet from any of them. Where do I start??? Prebiotic Prebiotic powder to water? Acv in water, oregano, corid or ivermectin?? Also I do love my flock very much but also are not a rush my birds to a vet kind of family... I don't want it to get worse!

It would be a lot easier to help with a diagnosis if you could post pictures of the poop offerings and pictures of the birds in question.

If they are not acting ill you are likely seeing some cacal poops, perhaps runny poops because of drinking excessively and intestinal shed. They may have worms but the only way to really know is to get a fecal float done. You can get a mixed sample float done at a vet if they're willing to work with you. How good is the relationship you have with your vet? If you actually see roundworms or cecal worms in the poop then you can treat for them accordingly.

They're a little young to be laying just yet. And every bird matures at our own pace. What breeds are they?

How are conditions in their run? Is it nice and dry?

I'm pretty sure that's normal. If I recall right the runny stinky mustard yellow poop is cecal poop and all chickens have it.
