The poop doesn't look too bad.
And not too much swelling of the face.
Hopefully with the meds, she is now on the mend.

If her recovery keeps up at this right how long until I can integrate her into my flock?

Hard to know what was going on with her to begin with.
So it would be up to you to decide when or if integration is the next practical step.
If she has respiratory disease, even if symptoms disappear, it's a good possibility she's a carrier. Could be she picked it up after she arrive, again that's hard to know.
