Hello everyone,
As you can tell by the title I'm a bit stumped here.
I have 3 chickens currently.
So my one hen has been exhibiting coccidiosis symptoms,
falling pale comb, acting cold(Puffing up) & squatting it's been 65+ Fahrenheit, slightly lethargic, diarrhea.
But still eating and drinking normally and more than happy to run around.
I took a fecal sample into work (vet clinic) and it came back negative.
But still treating with corrid.
She is also the only one exhibiting symptoms.
I only have one chicken laying currently.
This has been going on for a few weeks now,
And all the vets I have talked to are stumped on it as well.
(If egg bound she should have passed a long time ago)
I know most will say get a vet out here but it's easier said than done,
We don't have any doctors willing to work on chickens in our area and the ones that do will only go to large production farms.
Thank you in advance, I'm so stumped and feel terrible that I can't do anything.
