I have 7 3-4 week old chicks and one is pooing what appears to be blood. I can’t figure out which one. They all seem to be moving around and eating fine with the exception of one but I believe she is just younger than the rest. Pic below

just dropping some reading I found. The apple cider vinegar solution looks attractive due to cheap & readily available.

"Adding Apple Cider Vinegar to the drinking water has been shown to help prevent the spread of coccidiosis in some studies"
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30450876/

"hree groups (T+vc: positive control, T-vc: negative control Tv: apple cider vinegar)"
"The antioxidative changes were measured adding natural apple cider vinegar to drinking water" ... ". The groups were fed balanced diet, amprolium was added to the feed of positive control group, and apple cider vinegar was added to the water of Tv group.

"Broiler in the control groups T+ve and T-ve showed clinical signs of coccidiosis (blood in feces) and the number of coccidial oocytes in feces increased with time. In the vinegar group, no clinical signs of coccidiosis were observed. "

It doesn't mention the concentration of apple cider vinegar required to obtain a result. If anyone can dig into the other papers or sources to identify what concentration is required.

I've been using vetsense 'kilverm' product, active ingredient levamisole.
