Coccidiossis Treatment

Is there any treament that is natural? My meaties are getting close to butcher, and I really don't want to give them any medicine. Any suggestions that really works? I saw some of what I think is blood in thier poo. Are there any other indications other than bloody poo. How long do they typically make it if they have it?

I can't say there is for sure, but many of the folks use yogurt with live cultures. Other then that, I don't know because I use Sulmet.
