Cochin Appearance

My Silver Laced Cochin appears to be pale. Her comb and wattles are not as bright as my other hens. Her droppings appears just like water sometimes. However, she seems to act fine and not sickly. What should I do?

Have you checked for worms or wormed them lately ?

I haven't noticed any worms. I don't think I've ever wormed them. Had them about a year. She's in a flock of 7 and all of the others seem fine. However, there's been 2 hens that have been broody and seem to be picking on her some when I'm in the coop with them. Maybe she's stressed. Should I just routinely worm them a couple of times a year?
