This splash rooster is just a year old and I think he's the low guy on the totem pole. I have two other roosters and I saw the buff rooster do a mean spirited run at the splash rooster just before dusk when they go into the coop and I close it up. Since then I can't catch 'Buster' to put him in. He goes in with the rest of the flock when I feed them, but not at night. So he's strolling around the yard and driveway during the most dangerous part of the evening. This has been going on for about a month and he's survived...but, I think his days are numbered unless he can put on the gloves.
Any suggestions as to how to get him in at night?

most people will say if you put them in the coop at night for a couple nights they'll get the Idea and start roosting in the coop. I did this with mine and it worked

The buff thinks there is one too many roosters in the coop and you may never get them all in there now without a fight. Options as I see them are, accept hes going to be outside while the buffs around, get rid of one of the roosters, make a safe roost for the Cochin, or insist he goes in the coop.
