Cochin Chick - Frizzle or Not

I’m just wonder about the top of it, the others don’t have it so I was just curious.

It’s feathers are different than the others, see the picture. My other chicks are much more smooth

I believe that's just the appearance of the chick down. There's nothing to indicate frizzle at that age. If you don't have Frizzled adults or birds that carry Frizzle it won't be.
