Cochin Colour Genetics and Colour Mixing

I was just wondering if anyone new about colour genetics in cochins i want to get a good mix of colours but they are hard to find. I live in Canada and there are not to many different colours here

what colors are available to work with ? white, black, blue, splash, mottled, buff ? are you looking at banty or large fowl ?
