Cochin Frizzle Bantam 9 wk

Just looking for confirmation on what I know is true but wish was not. I have a 9 wk old Cochin Bantam that I think to be a roo. His comb is much redder then my other birds (is only Cochin I have). I have seen his try to crow so that kinda sealed it for me. I have some one that said they would take him off of my hands but I thought I would ask here before they come get him.

Sorry I would not know for sure, but at 9 weeks old it sure has a large comb, so im leaning towards roo.... Hope somebody else can help and tell you for sure
