Cochin frizzle: hen or Roo?

I have this amazing little frizzle Cochin bantam that I got from the assorted bin at TSC. It’s around 4 weeks old now and is starting to develop its comb. I don’t have any other Cochins to compare it to so I was wondering if it was early enough to tell if it could be a Roo or not. I already have 3 roos, 2 of which I absolutely adore and don’t want to have to get rid of any.

Well this breaks my heart. Guess I’ll have to separate my Roos and make a Roo coop so I can keep them all.
