cochin hen and chicks. 21 days old and 14 days old today 5.10.10!!!!!!

i had a cochin sitting on 5 phoenix eggs. well i got 9 i think little bantam and standard cochins. i decided since shes been broody since feb. i would give her the chicks and put the eggs under one of the other broody hens.

well i did it around 7 last night and she has taken them and thinks they are her own. oh and there is a little silver sebright under her to.she/he is my grandpas.

ill get pics later. i dont know when. cant be today. probably gonna be within the week.

i got my replacement chicks earlier today.

the packing peanuts were BANTAMS!!!!

i got 2 red cochins, 2 barred cochins, 2 birchen cochins,and 2 sultans.

IM HAPPY!!!!!!

i gave the cochin hen 4 more. the barred and my replacement black.
