Cochin Mister or Miss?

I have 11 cochins from our feedstore pullet bin, and 1 from the rooster bin. I have been thinking he may be a pullet that was misplaced, but he is starting to look roo-ish...

I am hoping for a rooster. Can't have babies without one.

His comb is starting to get pink, and his feathers have developed MUCH slower then the others. He also has fat legs, i noticed after I looked at these pictures.

Here he is beside his 'sister', the only other white one. See how the feathering compares!

And one of several of them.... (Hmmmmmmm I am starting to think that partridge 'pullet' may have some gender confusion issues....

Looks like it could be a roo, give it a little time, you should know in a few more weeks.

And I must say I never paid attention to how pretty white cochins are.

roo- hes feathering later in the shoulder blades than the others!
