I have 2 black Cochins and I think they are males but someone told me that hens could somewhat crow too? I hope they are females but if not I have to sell them . I have to many roosters right now.

How old are they? I have read that if there is no roo the females will act like a roo and take over the leadership role. I'm assuming that you have many roosters so most likely the cochins are roosters.
