7 weeks. My other males from the same hatch are much more red combed and larger. I’m pretty sure pullet but not 100% but was wondering what breed would have the funky neck feathers?

more of lack of feathers/ different type? It’s neck just looks different! I think because of whatever crossbreed it is maybe?

Is it getting picked on? At 7 weeks it still is going through multiple molts, and is growing. It should eventually grow in. You should give it the once over looking for external parasites just in case.

My opinion: Strong Cochin side, but possibly mixed with something similar. And I'm thinking Pullet. I have Cochins, among many other birds. And I think yours is beautiful by the way!
