Hi there my friends
Can someone explain what is the difference between a birchen cochin rooster and a silver penciled (silver partridge) cochin rooster ?

It's two different colour patterns. A Birchen rooster should have silver on the shoulders, back and neck. A silver partridge rooster looks much the same, but should have silver lacing on chest and wingtips.
