cochins, How can I tell the difference

Today I got my shipment of chicks form Ideal.

I ordered buff, red ,white,blue golden laced, silver laced and 1 barred. (cochins)The red, white,and buff all look the same How can I tell the difference? (some are going to my sisters and I want to make sure I'm sending the right ones .)

The white should not look the same at all! The reds should be a little darker than the buffs! If you mess them up, can you exchange them when they are a little bigger? Good luck, I bet they are cute!

I'm thinking maybe they didn't ship my 2 white cochin chicks.:

They are all identicalin color!
