It’s been my favorite year.
I know that sounds SO horrible, but so many things have happened that are wonderful that wouldn’t have happened without Covid.
My birds.
My guinea pigs.
I love being home.
For me, there definitely is a difference between a house and a home.
And even during Covid...
I’m home.
Oregon is home. Bursting with life, its forests and waters bring me such joy.

And my pets. So much laughter and love. So many terrifying experiences and tears. So much to love. So much to lose.
It’s been worth it.
