I used to go to the beach every weekend. Now I live in like the arctic, our summers only get up to like 90⁰ so the water is always FREEZING. I miss living in a place where I could swim.

Only 90?! That’s how we all live here almost every season. We wear jackets in 60 degree weather.

EXACTLY. SUMMERS SHOULD BE 115⁰!!!! I'm from Texas, and up here out winters get down to THE 30s!!!!!!!!! Winters used to be around 50 degrees and THAT IS FREEZING!!!! I used to go out in my big puffer. Now thats the average summers day, 90 is only on the "hot" days It's amazing what some people will consider "boiling outside"

It’s the only good thing here unless you like beaches, I’m not a big fan of beaches.

I don't mind beaches but I would rather swim in a nice pond or stream or something.

Nice pond! Nevermind, I don't actually have any pictures of the pond. I've only got pictures of the rental cabin which was great! My family hated it though because it didn't have wifi and they don't want to go back there but THE OWNERS OF THE CABIN WERE WAITING UNTIL IT WAS LESS BUSY TO INSTALL WIFI SO THEY DIDN'T LOSE OUT ON MONEY! They'll have wifi if we go back there this spring! (We are definitely going back there this spring. My family has no excuse on why not to go back there.)

Lol what?!? My sweat is boiling at 80 I’m almost melting at 90. And our humidity is over 80% most of the time.

Oh wow that looks gorgeous! Ponds, ditches and springs are the best to swim in! I’ve never swam in a creek. Is it as fun as a lake? The beach is just sandy hot and the waves are annoying plus there’s way too many people.
