Yup it's a rooster. It has a genetic defect that causes it to have no legs and only feet. Without the defect it would have legs connected to those feet meaning it is a roo.

like, you can put one item in multiple folders using a 'shortcut'. just right-click the item and click 'create shortcut' or wahtever it says

I have a challenge for y’all- give me a chicken breed and I’ll turn it into a Poulgon (poultry dragon) I’m not THAT good of an artist but it helps me practice (I drew jade a flarry eye grey and she approved)
