Those are beautiful Cochins. You should get all blue offspring from these parents, going by blue color genetics.

Mottling is a recessive gene, so needs two copies to express itself. The chicks from this cross would have only one copy, so they would not be mottled themselves but crossed with a mottled Cochin would give 50/50 mottled/plain.
