Howdy Y'all,
I have 5 white cochin bantams that fight constantly, well, one in particular, Popeye, will fight with all the others till his eyes close up bleeding and then he stops it till he heals up then it's back to the daily grind of the fight club. My Black Cochin Bantam is one they won't stand with long, His comb and wattles are very nice and red where all the whites are torn up all the time.
They are interesting birds to watch free range my back pasture.
I was thinking of ordering some cochin standards. The Black Cochins are my favorite with the way they look and those feather legs don't show up as dirty after a rain as the white cotton puffs do.
