I got this cochinX pullet at a (BYC) swap from a fellow BYC'er. He said the eggs came from a freind that didn't know what breed(s) they where. Most of the chicks had feathered legs, some looked BLRW/cochin and some silkie/cochin. She is 3-4 months old, and I've had her almost 2 weeks now. I'm thinking she's a BLRW/(bantam?)cochin. She almost looks like wheaton and dominate white???? Any ideas??

She almost looks like she is crossed of a red laced white cornish and a white cochin, just from her shape and color.

she looks like Silver Wheaten...

Do you have a pic of an adult one?

I dont believe there is any Silver wheaten Cochin...but Salmon faverolles are Silver Wheaten also, so here is a pic of a hen you will notice how similar they look in coloration
