Cock or Hen?

I hatched 4 of 12 of my last batch. Any idea of Hen or roo? 3 weeks old.

They look like boys with those big combs.

3 weeks is a bit early for gender assessment but not out of the realm of possibility, however to even begin we need a photo of the birds with the red light from the heat lamp turned off as it distorts much of what we need to be able to assess. These chicks are going to be in no danger of getting chilled if you turn off the light for a period of time and take some good photos in natural lighting. There does appear to be some significant development of the comb, but again with the distortion from the light that can be deceptive
