Can anyone tell from this pic? They are really skiddish and will not stop jumping about when I try to take a pic

Hubby helped grab them (didn't really want to do it cause they really get stressed)
I think it's male and female

Is there anything we can do to make them less skiddish?
All my adults I got when baby baby and they're really docile.
These I got about 2 months ago and they just don't get used to us

Offer them treats. Though some never really do tame down. They might just have to get used to you.
