They're identical now feathers are the same.. Only difference is comb and wattle colour.. Could they both be cockerals??I think that the first one you posted is a boy, and the other one is a girl.
Would a dominant Cockerel have more red comb etc??? Or do all cockerals have a lot of colour??The first one is 100% a boy, the second from what i can tell (I'm not very good with pictures especially on whiter birds) might be boy based on butt, but the comb is lighter so could be girl. @black_cat knows better than I so I would listen to their word over mine.
In my experience my dominant guys have been more red than more submissive ones, but that might have just been a concidence not some thing you can tell byWould a dominant Cockerel have more red comb etc??? Or do all cockerals have a lot of colour??
Pretty sure that cockerels will have the same comb redness, but not sure. That's an interesting question, actually.Would a dominant Cockerel have more red comb etc??? Or do all cockerals have a lot of colour??
They could be. If you could get some better pics of the second one, preferably a full body shot from the side, that would be great. They're identical now feathers are the same.. Only difference is comb and wattle colour.. Could they both be cockerals??
