They're identical now feathers are the same.. Only difference is comb and wattle colour.. Could they both be cockerals??

The first one is 100% a boy, the second from what i can tell (I'm not very good with pictures especially on whiter birds) might be boy based on butt, but the comb is lighter so could be girl. @black_cat knows better than I so I would listen to their word over mine.

Would a dominant Cockerel have more red comb etc??? Or do all cockerals have a lot of colour??

In my experience my dominant guys have been more red than more submissive ones, but that might have just been a concidence not some thing you can tell by

Pretty sure that cockerels will have the same comb redness, but not sure. That's an interesting question, actually.

They could be. If you could get some better pics of the second one, preferably a full body shot from the side, that would be great.
