Cockadoodlemom! How ya doing?

Thanks BantyChickMom I need all the hugs and prayers I can get. Your smilie crying is exactly what I have been like for a while now.
nccountrygirl Thanks from the bottom of my heart! Yall are helping me to remember God can do anything and I have got to keep the FAITH.

Oh cockadoodlemom! I was so hopeful for you! Keep your chin up, call the lawyer, and come visit with us when it all seems too much.
I kinda had a feeling, when you were being so 'quiet' that was the situation.
Many years ago, after being on the doctor merry-go-round I got angry and took control of my health care vs. letting the doctors have control. I went from being on 16 medications down to 4. And those 4 are all old time drugs, none of these new ones that seem to be chocked full of side effects. I'm still fighting because it seems to me that nowadays the only way to get decent health care is to inform yourself and go to the doctor appts. loaded down with info. instead of just 'doing what the doctor says'.
You're in my thoughts and prayers all the time. E-mail me anytime you need to vent.

Thanks Kat! Wish I could tell you how much it means that you and the others have helped me. I have a Doc now that all these new docs would say is an old backwoods doc. He is a simple and straight forward. When I first met him he shook my hand and then told me straight out "I don't wear the white coat. I hope it doesn't bother you but this is how I am and if your ok with that I would love to help you. The knowledge I have is up here (pointed to his head) and not in some white coat." His buisiness card has his office and Cell # so you can reach him anytime. He loves Walmart's $4 prescriptions too if he has to give you one and he tells ya. I guess one thing good about being quiet as you said was that I have got alot of work on my quilt done. I sure have missed being on here but I didn't want to bring anybody down. I emailed the lawyers office today so hopefully they will call soon and let me know something there and if they don't there are plenty of other lawyers.

Get the lawyer! My stepfather had a stroke, recovered, had a quadruple by-pass, then had 2 ruptured disks that almost left him cripple and they still turned him down at the age of 62. It took the lawyer to get the benefits started.

You are in my prayers also.

I haven't heard from the lawyer so I will call different one tomorrow and see what they say. Thank you so much Okie~I have started feeling alot better and I'm not so down now thanks to my family and YALL!
